I brought in a picture of a design I found on the internet and they were able to copy it. Good place and service was quick.

If I could have given a 0 star I would most definitely have. They aren’t even worth 1 star. Extremely unprofessional!!!! They rush on your nails just to get to another customer. If they mess up on your nails and you ask them can they fix it they get an attitude with you. I really don’t see how they’re still in business. Worst nail shop Carthage has ever had. Only recommendation I have is I recommend you to take your money elsewhere. Also one of the guys stay picking his nose and doesn’t wash his hands and got upset with me because I wouldn’t let him do my nails. I should never have to argue with a nail technician about doing MY nails. I’ve only been a few times and every time I went there was always a problem and the last time I went took the cake. The owner got mad because she couldn’t do my nails the way I was explaining to her and tried to hand me the nail tools so I could do it myself and when I started talking to a family member explaing to them how I was trying to get my nails, the owner got mad again and tried to make my family member do my nails. I got up and told her “this is most definitely my last time coming back here” and after I said that she started arguing with me. Very unprofessional!!! If you want good customer service...Go elsewhere.
