Favorite nail shop and staff is nice service isn't a rip off or 'NO' disappointment.

They give good pedicures and nails up to standard but service is bad.
I say this because I want to get my nails done with uneven colors. Any person that wants to do a sale would be on the mindset of "customer gets what they want" . I wanted 2 different glitters on my nails. The lady tells me "multiple glitter is not beautiful". To what I replied "but i want it". Specially if Im paying for it. Bottom line is that nails are able to be made all different sizes, shapes and colors. Simply because she doesn't like it does not mean that she should say her thoughts about it. Since she is selling nails.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Kim did my nails and I chose a regular polish. Well she put a gel count on the top and literally hours after leaving (keep in mind I was there an hour and a half for a fill-in) my nail polish is peeling off. The incompetence of a nail tech who puts so much top coat on it is dripping. I won't even return to let them fix them!! This place takes 0 pride in their work, and it would be hard for me to keep my salvation if I went back to complain. STAY AWAY AND LET THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!

One nail tech, carelessly cut my heel while giving me a pedicure! She never apologized to me and didn't care that I was in serious pain ! The manager supported her and expected me to pay for and injured foot ! I will never go there again !!!!

I have been going to this place to get pedicures for the past three years. Good pedicures at good prices.
