Before going, I called two times to try and schedule an appointment. The receptionist told me she would provide the nail techs with my info so someone will call me and I can book an appointment. That never happened, so about two hours later I made my way to the salon as a walk in. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted by a receptionist or any of the nail techs. Matter of fact, there was no receptionist. I believe it was probably a nail tech whose cell phone is connected to the business number. I saw people waiting so I sat down and counted my place in line. After waiting for about an hour and a half a tech said they’re booked for the day, then another tech, then another. I go ahead and ask a tech if she was booked and she said no and I’d be next. This woman had already been working on the client since I came in so I figured a few more minutes wouldn’t hurt. I’m there TWO HOURS and notice the tech who told me I’d be next just pulled out the acrylic powder. Mind you, today is my birthday. I literally wasted two hours waiting and never got my nails done. I couldn’t be more disappointed. It was just disgraceful and I will NEVER go back. Not even if it were the last nail salon in the world.

They do decent nails. I don't know if Keisha still works here but she is terribly rude. I was waiting for god knows how long to get my nails done while the nail tech Keisha completely ignored me and took other customers that walked in after me. I am 8 months pregnant and sat right in front of her so I know she couldn’t miss me. When I brought it to the owner’s attention I was told by her to go home and or run errands and come back when another nail tech became available *blank stare* really?!

Everyone at this nail salon does great nails!!!! Mel is my nail tech and she is BOMB 🔥😍!!!
