They weren't real busy had 3 available personnel. The one I made me feel somewhat rushed. I got mood gel polish with manicure. $30. Am not stoked over polishing job... As you can see in pictures the Polish does not reach edges on sides it up to cuticle.

I always go to Henry (only guy there) because he does such a great job. Other people at the salon have done my nails , but I'm always dissatisfied with their work. Now I know to always ask for Henry.

Since the change of ownership, this place is way more expensive, lesser in quality & choices of designs (at least in my opinion) and some of the staff are pretty rude to customers. I was yelled at to get out because I went to use the restroom and they wanted to close. I wasn't stopping them from locking their doors & there were employees still cleaning up stations, so I don't think I deserved to be shouted at by some small, stocky guy (I'm not even sure who he is.. possibly the owner?).
All in all, 2 🌟's because few months ago they did help me a little bit with getting a wheelchair bound relative into one of the pedicure chairs, but otherwise - I'm not going to give my business to this place anymore. I miss the old "mom & pop" business that was here, their attention to detail & to the customer satisfaction.. which the new operators don't have at all. We're just numbers of $$ to them. Buh-bye then!

Place has gone up in price for poor quality service. The lady who did my nails was rude so I felt very uncomfortable. As if that wasn’t bad enough one of my acrylics nails fell off 2 days after I got them done. I will never be going back here. Do not recommend
