I go here every month. I struggled to find a nail salon that would cater to my needs. Stephanie is a great nail tech and she take really good care of my nails. I’ve never seen them this healthy until I came here to take care of them every month. Bobby is a great person to talk to as he does your feet. He is very professional and kind. Definitely recommend the place. Pricey but worth it. And they give you up to two alcoholic beverages free with you service. How great is that!

I love Champions Nail Spa! They were so quick to help me even though I was a walk in on a weekend. Ty and Vi did a great job on my nails too :)

There were a couple of things that made me not want to go back. It looks all nice & fancy but their equipment & items they use are dirty. One of the ladies that was doing my friend’s nails was getting irritated when my friend would nicely ask to fix something. The lady even said with an attitude “it’s not going to look exactly like the picture” which I think is rude & why wouldn’t it ? We are paying close to $100 so I would expect it to come out like the pictures we showed them. Don’t get me wrong the guy that did my nails was pretty cool & funny but I could tell they didn’t like when we asked them to fix something which they shouldn’t act that way because it’s their job. I felt like they just wanted to finish our nails to get the next person because my other friend’s nails had moon and star designs & the lady quickly did the designs & some were poorly drawn as well as the shape of the nails. The pictures I’m posting are the one I was using as a reference & how I actually got my nails. The black nail polish started chipping by the second day I had them. People even told me they look a bit wide. Another thing I noticed was that the “alcoholic” drinks they serve didn’t taste like it had any alcohol in them, it was pretty much just juice. I don’t like when it comes to paying they add all kinds of extra charges because I understand it’s $35 for dip & the size but when he was doing the math he mentioned something about “plus $30” and I asked what was that for & he said for the length & design & all that which I think they just added whatever amount they wanted to add because these nails were not worth $75.

I came as a walk-in and received service from a nail tech that was extremely rude. I was very patient with her when she disappeared in the back for thirty minutes, i was patient with her when she gave me constant attitude because I told her she was hurting me and cutting me. Management came over to ask her if she was ok twice because they noticed her bad attitude as well, but completely ignored me as the customer. She rushed the job and i was still expected to pay full price. The lack of customer service skills from the techs is shameful. I work in customer service and i now what it is to give a client great experience. Mine was horrible here.

Great nail salon. I've gotten long nails and short nails here. I typically get pedicures, manicure and dipped nails. The technicians are really detailed and take there time but do it efficiently and in good time. Everyone is friendly there from the receptionist to the nail techs. I encourage you to go one time and you will see for yourself. I hope this helps and my foot photo is so cheesy 😆!!!
