I got three tubes of hair dye all off the same shelf. Paid for them, was asked if I had a Sally’s card (I said yes), they asked if I wanted the receipt (I said no, thinking that they could look up my past purchases on my card if I needed to return something). It turns out that even though these dyes were next to each other, they weren’t all the same type of dye; one of the three tubes is perminant while the rest are semi perminant. I bought these dyes to mix, but you can’t use them together because one color requires developer, which I don’t have. I called my local Sally’s (not this Sally’s) to see if I could return it, and they said that if I didn’t have a receipt, that I couldn’t return it. Now I’m down $10 on dye I can’t use, nor can I even dye my hair until I get the correct color.
(I should’ve known from the towers of boxes full of unstocked products in the back of the store that this Sally’s wasn’t going to be as well put together as other Sally’s I’ve been to. )

one of the workers had the audacity to be in public with a hickey on her neck and her manager had nothing to say about it. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS STORE
