*UPDATE- I'm now fully comfortable saying that this is my happy place. I've now been here 6 or 7 times and it's always a treat. I had the pleasure of having Rosa as my technician last night, she's still fantastic. It's not a fluke! Go! I'm tempted not to jinx myself but this may be the best gel manicure I've ever had. HIGHLY recommend Rosa. She was very friendly and VERY meticulous. The prices aren't cheap but I think they absolutely fit the quality of service I received. Extra bonus...the space is adorable! I can't wait to try the other services that they offer :)

Meticulous and never rushed. My cuticles never felt so pampered and my nails are always perfect. Gel manis that last for 3 weeks. Relaxing atmosphere and attentive, friendly staff. Happy to have them in the neighborhood.

I did a relax mani and pedi with two different people. I decided to leave tip for one person and not the other. The receptionist dared to tell me that I have to leave tip for the other person. The lady who did my pedi did nothing special. It’s not the best pedi that I’ve had and I don’t think my nails looked cleaned enough for spending $45 on a regular pedi. So if I decided not to tip then that’s my decision, you don’t get to tell me whether I should tip or not. Another time, I was tipping, a different reception told me ( with a disappointing face) that they prefer cash tips instead of credit card tip. You know that tip is voluntary, right? If you want to force people to tip then include it in the check. That way you will never see me again

The manicurists always do a very good job and are very professional, however on my most recent visit I had an eyebrow wax which resulted in a chemical burn on my brow bone, and large, red blisters appeared during the course of my pedicure and manicure. When I pointed this out to the person at the desk, she appeared to laugh, then offered neosporin, without investigating the potential cause of the burns. These photos are from 4.5 days later—the area is still discolored and bleeding. I have had many eyebrow waxes at places whose services are less expensive but more professional and this was appalling. And I was charged for the wax! I leave a review instead of taking it up with the desk staff in person due to the abruptness with which I was treated when I presented my visible blisters to her.

I have been this nail salon a few times. The quality of service is impeccable but, it is more expensive than your typical nail salon. They have a cute chic spacious minimalist vibe going on and they use all natural products. I usually do the "pamper" package on my hands and feet. The technicians are friendly and take their time doing my nails. My pedicure usually lasts around 3 weeks but, no matter what I do my manicure only lasts 2-3 days. I haven't tried gel nail polish yet, because my nails keep breaking. However, I do like visiting this nail salon every now and then.
