This place just is not what it used to be. The owner will literally start working on you then pause to complete one of her faves without even saying “hold on”. Tina literally will get up and leave you where you are and have you waiting. There’s no point in making an appointment in my opinion . I’ve made so many appointments and still end up having to wait. Even now, as I sit here, my feet has been soaking in water for over 30 minutes.
Don’t get me wrong, they do a great job but the professionalism just isn’t there anymore. Didn’t bother me as much before, but now I’m kind of fed up.
Not only that the owner just rushes these days.

Been there for years. Needs an upgrade. Nail work..so so. Eyebrows...satisfactory.

She is in her p.j.'s....talking on the phone the whole time...not a job job on my feet at all...will not be going back

I came there with a friend , she told my friend can he help her carry stuff around & she’ll take 7$ off that’s unprofessional u don’t ask no customer that ! Also she took 20 minutes to come back in the store I asked her can she stop being on the phone can she pay attention to my toes , she ignored me every time she got alert she will stop & be on her phone like I’m not about to sit here & u keep stopping so I left she told me to come back I told her no I’m just glad I didn’t pay because I definitely would’ve got my money back she’s very unprofessional

She was late and very unprofessional on her phone put her feet on the chair took 3 shoes off did someone else even though I had an apartment
