Supposedly closes at 730. Doors locked at 7:13. Lady sat there waving at me at the door. I only wanted my eyebrows done. Poor business sense. Will not visit again.

I will not go back here. The ladies working we kind enough, but the work was shoddy. They did a manicure and put the polish on so thick that it never dried completely. Left the shop around 7:30pm today. Came home and didn’t shower until 11:30pm. Then at 12 I opened a new pill bottle and stupidly used my thumb nail. Half of the polish peeled back, and the undermost layer was still wet polish. I had to use clear polish to “glue” it back.

I will never come here again. I asked how much my total would be for basic pedicure and soak off, and gel overlay. I was told 58 total. When I got off work came next door got my pedicure they told me it was going to be $40 for my hands with same stuff listed. So $20 more. They filed my feet and didn't tell me they charge $5 extra. I get my pedicures and nails done every 2 weeks. I never get charged to file my feet. Never! And a lady that didn't speak English did it. So she never told me it would be extra to file! Will not recommend this place. I'm from Virginia only had to work here today so came for the convenience. Should have waited and went to my regular salon...

They know what they're doing! I have been to many places and a lot of the times they charge more than what I asked for and ended up with horrible nails and breaking within a week after having them done. My mom and I tried this place for first time due to being new resident in Louisburg. We love the friendly atmosphere and they answered our questions and welcomed us, did what we asked. They did a gorgeous job and price is actually cheaper than what we have been paying at other place that wasn't any Gel at all. Will be their new regular customer
