My friend and I came here to get manicures and pedicures. When we walked in we asked if they could do both at the same time and was told yes. Hannah, the middle aged woman with sholder length hair and sunken in eyes, had us sit at the pedicure bowls and only filled up water for myself. My friend sat there for 20 minutes before they even thought to fill water for her. Partially through the service we were told they couldn't do the manicures at the same time as the pedicures. I had looked Hannah straight in the face and asked her to do the nepolian pedicure which includes a parrafin dip and exfoliation. She again said yes and then didn't do it. She claimed not to hear me ask for it but I don't understand how that's even possible. She said yes I can do that a few minutes before. She also stopped my pedicure to go help other customers and staff multiple times. She is one of the worst nail technicians I have ever experienced and was completely rude when we voiced how unhappy we were with not only her lack of customer service but also the blaten lying that she tried to get away with. Don't go here. These technicians suck and will lie to you to get you in the door and change their story mid service. Not only that if you want your feet exfoliated they change extra. This is something that should be standard in a pedicure.

Just had my nails done by Armando. Really pleased...great service, nails look fab and much better value than the other places I've tried in the area. Thank you!

I came for mani and pedi and I was treated very well. I will definitely come back.

The woman who did my pedi acted like she was doing me a huge favor. My heals were black after the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I will never go here again

I am someone who is HARDLY EVER satisfied when I go to other shops outside my own.... but they are PERFECTION!! KATHY was AMAZING!!!! And it was the end of the day and I observed how they didn't rush and everyone who walked out the door looked flawless...to top it off they also have the best prices in the area...and trust me I checked....I will now drive here from Century City....HAPPILY!!
