They didnt give me the color i wanted i asked for longer nails they told me no i wasnt going to complain but i have only had them a week and a half and it wasnt the best service

I've been going there for years, and they have always done an excellent job! I won't trust my nails to anyone else! It can take a long time there, though, because they are so busy, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time. Sit back, relax, and let Billy and Amy do the rest!

I made the mistake of having Nail Port Express do my nails for my wedding, huge mistake from the start. There are only two employees so even with an appointment I was there for nearly 3hours. The woman who did my nails did a horrible job, she rushed through them, not listening at all to what I wanted, not white tips and I left with white tips that looked as though they had been on for a week already. She didn't fit the tips to my nails so two days later one already broke off, which was fine by me because they looked AWFUL! Do not go! They are not friendly and do not do a good job!!
