I have been coming here ritually for a regular color pedicure this time I did gel because I didnt have sandals to leave with. Never in my life have I heard of gel for a pedicure being $50.00 I said okay whatever, I paid cash and was still charged $3.00 for tax....how when Ive never been charged for tax when paying cash. She rushed through the pedicure and didnt even appear kind I hate having mental health issues because I cant talk calm when im upset or overwhelmed please just go somewhere else especially if you are a person of color!

I went to this salon for a chair massage and the lady who massaged me had poor customer service skills. If someone is going in for a massage, take the freakin hint that they want to relax. She pushed and rushed me to take off my coat/bag and I told her to let me take a minute to put my belongings away. The massage it self was okay. During payment, I gave a $3 tip on $24 service that came with a bunch of attitude to be quiet frank. I was then told to tip more because "tip is supposed to be 15-20%". News flash, thats for good service and tip is at the discretion of the customer. Don't go here, this is not the place to relax or to enjoy good customer service.

They took us almost immediately when we walked in for pedicures but then we ended up sitting in the chair for over an hour before they started. I also got a gel manicure - the woman wouldn't let the gel finish curing, leaving it half the normal amount of time, when when I asked her not to, she would shut off the lamps. They were very busy and had a line, so I assume this is why she did such. Also, their credit card machine didn't work. All in, we were there for 3 full hours, when the same thing at other salons only takes 1.

I have been to this nail salon many times but now they have new owners. I walked in and asked for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. It was about 39 degrees outside and while I was getting my pedicure I had to ask them to close the door 3 times. When someone is getting a service like a pedicure it’s obviously a time to relax, not sit in a chair with your coat on. The price of everything came up to $52 dollars which I was told upon walking in. Once she cut my nails too short to the point where they hurt and are throbbing she tells me my total is $54.75 with tax. I told her okay and gave her my card. She ended up charging my card $65.00 and when I asked why she said that she added her tip in there. I became very confused as you the person doing the service making up there own tip especially when multiple signs on the walls say “PLEASE TIP IN CASH”. Once I’m addressinng the issue with her she all of a sudden didn’t speak any English when I was talking to her and she was responding in English while she was doing my manicure and pedicure. I could tell that they do this very often and charge people what they want. I would never go back to this place not only because of that but I’m not pleased with the service at all.
