Very clean and staff were so friendly. It just wasn’t the best mani/pedi I’ve ever gotten. Brought my 9yr old for her first mani/pedi and they drew a flower on her toes for free so that was so nice. I would go back but I think we will try some other places next time. Parking was easy so that’s a plus :)

I have been going for at least 17 years. I've tried other places because it's a bit far , but always go right back. My acrylics last for weeks & I garden without gloves.

We came in from out of town. We were 5 min late for our appts and they were very nice, had chairs waiting for us. Both mani/pedis came out perfectly and they even gave my daughter bonus flowers on her toes with rhinestones. It was immaculately clean and service was great. Would highly recommend.

Have been in a number of times because my mother lives around the corner, but I don't know why we ever went since they are so lackadaisical about service. My mother gets polish changes and they refuse to take all the polish off. There is always extra polish all over her hands and they just say it will wash off. They don't take care with base or overcoat and so the polish always chips almost immediately. And if you ask for them to do things correctly they start staring at you and talking to each other so you cannot understand their insults, but they are clear. No reason to put up with this.

I am a local customer who has been served about 5 times. I go to another place actually but due to time constraints I came here. I got some nail polish work done. While my nails were drying for only 3 minutes, I was suddenly ask to move out from my chair, asked to walk barefoot down to the very end of the room and sit in a chair. I refused. The manager demanded I move to service other customers despite 4 empty pedicure chairs to my left. There was only 1 customer sitting waiting to be served. Without any notice, the manager and attendee grabbed my purse, bottle water to kick me out of my space! I demanded to get my flip flops back. The attendee helped me put my shoes back on. I walked down to the hall and picked up my things from a side table. I was asked to sit in a low dirty chair. I informed the manager I was never again coming back. She responded by saying she did not care. She insulted me in her own foreign language which I understand. She became personal and showed me her low education. So I walked up to the front to pay. The attendee could not work the credit system. The manager came to help. She too had trouble working the credit card paying system. Again, I told her she was being disrespectful for talking in a foreign language and yelling at me during all this time. I paid. I said I would not bother to go down to her level, nor argue and stated this is NOT how customers should be treated. She became personal. Continued to yell at me in front of other customers. I walked out in relief to be out of there! This place does not know how to treat, nor respect customers, nor human beings. On top of that there is NO VENTILATION. So whatever work is being done you smell toxins from gels, aerosols, etc. It is not a healthy place to be at anyway. This is why I go elsewhere! This was the worst experience I ever had at any place in the United States. Watch your purse, your things, your respect and your health!
