absolutely terrible. The lady who did my acrylics was good but the acrylics fell off too easily for paying $60. Obviously the materials they use are cheap and ridiculous. Never seen an acrylic nail fall off that easily, only A DAY AFTER I GOT THEM DONE

DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN REGULAR POLISH Went here to get my nails done before graduation. I walked in and made an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early but it was about an hour until I was tended to. I was getting a bad feeling since I had waited so long but it seemed like they were short staffed so I decided to overlook the long waiting time. The nail technician was friendly and made nice conversation. I asked her if she could do an American manicure. I showed her pictures on my phone. She said she would be able to do it. My usual routine when I get a manicure is soak in warm bowl of water, cuticle oil, trim cuticles, file/buff, cuticle oil again, and then wash off before base coat. When I placed my fingers in the bowl of water, the was water not warm. The whole point of the water is to soften the cuticles so that they are easier to trim. I was too scared to speak up in case I offended the nice lady and I had already wasted time by being there so I decided to continue with my manicure. However, I instantly regretted the decision to stay when my cuticles were being pushed back so violently I was afraid what she would do when the cutters came out. I honestly should have spoken up when I noticed the water was cold because if it were warm my cuticles would have softened up and maybe she would not have used so much force or that's how she usually does it and in that case I'm glad my cuticles were hard. I let her do this for the rest of my hand gradually pulling my hand back in recoil from the pain until she was done. I can only compare it to when you go to the dentist and the hygienist digs into your gums a little too far. I just thought in my head this is not your usual salon at home, give them a chance, this is how they might do things around here. Whatever. A cuticle remover is never applied nor is there a hand washing after filing to get any dust or leftover skin off the nails. I proceed with the manicure anyway. She takes out the white French tip nail polish and starts to paint the tips of my nails. At first I thought this was odd but I had never had an American manicure before so I assumed there would be a top coat or something that would create the subtle ombre effect. She proceeds to draw white French tips on my nails. Some lines are thicker than others and some lines are not straight at all. When I realized that this lady did not have the skills or knowledge to do an American manicure, I gave up and settled on a French manicure. I would have been fine with a nice French manicure but she couldn't even do that correctly. I wish I had saved some pictures but it was so bad that I wanted to erase any memory of having that on my nails. I still tipped 18% because she was nice but wasn't satisfied with the service. A few days after graduation, the nails started chipping so I took it off with some nail polish remover. Overall, I do not recommend this salon if you want anything more complex than a regular polish because a French manicure is apparently out of their skill set.

I found perfect 10 online when I was in town for work. It's easy to find and I was able to just walk in. So far, it's seems like she did a really great job on my manicure. Only downside is the feature on the website to request an appointment online looks like it works but the requests are never received. So CALL to make an appointment.

This is the worst salon I've ever been to in my entire life. It took this nail technician TWO HOURS to do my acrylic fill and honestly I probably could have done a better job myself. Definitely not worth the price and it was just the worst experience of my life. I'll never go back there.
