WORSE PLACE EVER.
The person who did my nails was nice overall but the way they shape is horrible. The nail lady put the nail on crooked. I told her once she put it on that it was crooked. The coffin shape is bubbly and fat. Not only that I paid 40$ for nails that don’t even look good. Not only that the nail tech cut me 4+ times. So I called them to speak to the manager mind you I do not live local I live at least 30-35 minutes away. I just went here because they were close to where I was shopping. The manager was very rude made me come over here so “she can see my nails” just to not service me professionally. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Their over priced for terrible work. And the manager is very rude. I asked if I can get my nails soaked off and refunded at least partially and she stated they don’t do refunds. I said okay well can you at least fix my nails take them off and do a different shape I’m very unsatisfied and she said no you had fresh set. Like my nails look like they are turnt inwards. And if you’re a manager you shouldn’t be screaming at a customer. They didn’t want to do anything to fix my nails. She just told me if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else that’s how we do it here. WASTE OF TIME & MONEY.

Nails are done perfectly every time! Good pedicures too. Prices are good for our area. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Sofi the new manager is horrible. It’s a shame that one person can ruin a place. We tried to have a mother daughter experience for my moms birthday and the manager kept jumping into our conversation. She took away simple things that made the place great like warm towels on the hands and lotion after your nails are done. Anytime anyone said something to the other workers, she would try to jump in the conversation and they had to explain themselves to her. Micro managing is horrible. The workers seemed on edge. I had been coming to this place for years. Not anymore. It’s no longer a place where you can relax. Sorry Sofi should find a new position. The rest of the staff is great!
