I originally found this salon through Facebook and booked an appointment with Sarah M. Whom I have been very happy with. She really is my new personal favorite for several reasons: She is courteous, accommodating, and overall a cool lady who is down-to-earth & more than competent. She is personable & professional. She has the skill level and talent that it takes to do a standout job at a reasonable cost, without sacrificing the quality & outcome desired. I found this extra refreshing after having been a regular client for over a year at another salon (just 5 minutes away) where they would boast about being #1, up-sell their services, over-process your hair & then pressure & push you to buy their products to combat the over-processed hair problem). The technique used at that salon made for the need to return in a short time of only 5 weeks (approximately) & therefore the cost just got out of hand! Cost does not equal the quality, nor the best choice! Feeling frustrated with my old salon, I actually made the leap to a new stylist, which can be scary at first, but ultimately became a decision I'm so very happy I was helped with making! Google Reviews has proven to be an accurate indicator through & through. There seems to be a trend in these reviews which is really worth taking the time to not only read, but give. I actually found that my old stylist I felt unhappy with for several reasons, had way more 1 star reviews than not. I gave Tracy & Co. Salon 5 stars for outstanding service all-around. The down to earth and genuinely courteous staff will make your day & accommodate your unique style, issues, concerns, & overall visit ensuring you leave happy with their services/your new look. The overall skill & ability to deliver you the best in service without the highest cost to go along with it are unparalleled to many other salons I have been a regular at in the area over the past 8+ years. Sarah M. truly takes the time to help you with deciding on which hair cut, color, styling and package will fit you best. She goes above and beyond and takes her time and has the skill level that you would naturally seek and hope to find. I am very happy I have found this salon! With 3 visits to base this review off of, I've had complete satisfaction and just as much, complete appreciation for my new stylist! Happy to report that I have found a personable and professional hidden little gem of a salon that you will also feel lucky to have found. This salon is a refreshing find that you will want to return to. Upon leaving you will feel fresh & beautiful, happy with the services you choose. You will look forward to each visit thereafter, with the peace of mind of knowing you have a skilled professional, tailoring their services to your individual needs & are committed to doing so time & again. Tracy & Co. Salon, especially Sarah M., have earned 5 stars by far!

I get my hair done by Sarah and she is awesome! Both my highlights and haircut come out great every time! Definitely recommend going to see her

Sarah has been cutting my hair for 8+ years. She is wonderful about scheduling and is always prompt as soon as I show up. I love the way she cuts my hair and that is why I have it cut every 2 weeks. She is very friendly and easy to talk to as well. Environment is great and I highly recommend her to everyone
