I had a microneedling done on my face and I couldn't wait to write a review about how dissatisfied I am with the service. I saw a Groupon for 2 microneedling sessions for $249, so I called them up and I was told that groupon will not include pro-cell serum and the treatment will not be that deep so it's better not to take a groupon. I was convinced, I went in for a treatment, did not take groupon, paid $292 (actually wasted) for 1 session. The reason why I am saying 'wasted' is, 1) my whole face was done in less than 10 min. 2) It was not deep at all. 3) she forgot to put the pro-cell serum which she did after I reminded her because I took the $292 session for that serum at the first place. 4) I literally felt she skipped some areas of my face and I am sure she did.
I have done a microneedling session before somewhere else which costed me $400 but it was worth it. That nurse took 35-45 min to do my face + neck. I was feeling a little pain even with the numbing creme as it was pretty deep in the areas where I have more blemishes. They put collagen mask after the treatment and give samples of 7-8 cremes/masks/sunscreen which will go for a week after the treatment.
I was so disheartened to pay $292 at YOLO. I will never go back again there. I also learnt a lesson 'Never fall for the less price, it will eventually cost you more in terms of a service'. Giving 2 stars because the receptionist was nice and welcoming and the nurse was also good in behavior. This review is only for the service and not for any personal reasons.
Note: I called them after coming home and gave a feedback that I am not happy with the service. I also asked if they have any review form which I can write and send it to them. But she was nice to suggest me to review on websites and said she will pass my feedback on to the nurse. I am not writing this review to get my money back or to spread negativity. I just want them to improve their services for the future clients because all these cosmetic procedures cost a lot of money and everyone should get satisfaction for what they are paying for.

Unfortunately, I put a lot of faith in this organization to help with a relapse in my weightloss. This woman is a crook, very unprofessional when I voiced my concerns about medication prescribed to me.
Unless you plan to line someone else's pockets for nothing in return, this place is not you.

My most recent experience was my first experience at Yolo Med Spa and it was a pleasant experience. The procedure was fully explained to me and I was able to ask a lot of questions.
I was very pleased with the visit. Perfect results from my 1st of my many visits!! Wow, thanks! You are well-recommended!
