I always have a good talk and percision haircut when I come. They are like family and its fun to.be apart of!

I told them I wanted a trim. Maybe 1-2 inches, she cut off 4 inches and told me she thought it would look better. She told me she just had to even everything out, which I was fine with. But then she started using a buzzer and put 4 layers on the right side of my head. Cutting off another 4 inches. I left before she could finish because it would’ve been even worse. It looks absolutely terrible. I came in with hair that was 4 inches past my shoulder and left with half of it shorter than ear level. I’m glad hair grows back. Will never be going there again. Thank god for hats.

The prices are right. The stylists ate great especially Leanne! Always get the service you want with very little or no wait time.

I've been getting my hair colored here multiple times a year for over three years. The first few times were with a younger woman who was fantastic, but she is no longer with them. Since then, every appointment has gone poorly. I've continued to believe it will be better the next time, but now I plan to post all the issues I experienced and never return here again. To be very clear: I've been coloring my hair at home and professionally for many years and have never had any skin reaction prior. I also time how long I sit with color using my phone stopwatch at every appointment. I also take before and after pictures in the same room and same lighting at my home so I am well aware of any issues. My main employee issues are with Lori. This woman is rude, unprofessional, and just not good at her job. The conversations she forces onto customers are uncomfortable, and I've never been talked down to about my hair before meeting her. She did a messy color job and I was left with awkward patches. Another time she cut one side of my hair two inches shorter than the other side. When I brought it to their attention, I was not assisted and ended up having to go to another facility to have my hair re-cut (paying again, and now much shorter than what I wanted). My next main issue regards my hair color choice. I have always gotten a red and blonde mixed and it has always given me a great strawberry-blonde shade. The woman I initially saw here had also been able to do this as well. The first time that I got a different employee, Lori, it turned out very dark and very red. When I brought it to their attention, they insisted they had done it correctly but that the manufacturer had changed their colors and now there was absolutely no way they could get the color I wanted. While I don't believe this is true, if it is, they should have informed me before doing my color. Side note: I have also had to fill out a new color card many times because they don't seem to keep them very organized or for very long. More of a minor complaint – with the previously-mentioned awesome employee, I would typically take advantage of the fact that style is included and have her curl my hair a bit, which she was always happy to do. Everyone else either never offered a style, or made it seem like a huge inconvenience because of time. I even got told that they couldn’t accommodate it unless I wanted to wait around until someone had the time…which in that case, why do I even bother making appointments then? Lastly, and probably the WORST, was my last appointment. She put the color on my roots like usual and had me sit in a separate chair while she took some cut appointments. Nearly a half hour went by before she came and pulled the color throughout the rest of my hair. Then she took even more cut appointments. By the time she came back to wash, the color had been on my hair over an hour. Completely unacceptable - but it was 'so busy' that day for them, and that was their only response. Well, that caused me almost TWO MONTHS of itchy, painful skin reaction on my scalp. All about the quantity, and very clearly never about quality. I will never recommend, and I will never go back.

Usually friendly, but everyone has a bad day. Never received a bad hair cut or bad was from here. Usually fairly fast and great service!
