I am from out of town, and came here with my aunt. It was such an incredible experience. The staff were hospitable, and Amy was so good! I highly recommend getting their Jelly pedicure. It felt great on my joints, and helped me relax. I'm definitely coming back again!

I'm new to the area and did a Google search to find a new nail place when I got here. After reading reviews, I actually picked another salon before coming to Nailworld. After sitting outside of my 1st choice for 30 minutes past opening time with no sign of life inside, I made my way to Nailworld. I am happy I did. I got a pedicure and Nexgen nails. Pricing was fair and my nails looked great! It was 3 weeks before I could make it back in for a fill and my nails weren't lifted or broken.. I was pleasantly surprised! I got a fill my second visit and I was made happy once again. There are some things that I don't like about this place but I am comparing them to my salon I've visited for 10 plus years that I had to leave because of the move. Those comparisons aren't a reason to give them any less than 5 stars on this review. They gave me exactly what I wanted on my visits and the experience was good! I will definitely be going back!

So, I have been going to Nail World since I moved to Dallas in October. I had an amazing salon I had to leave back in Fort Worth so I gave this place a try. Service has been okay. The pedicures are basic. I get the NexGen nails and have been happy every time Ann did them for me. I once had another tech do them and they cracked really quickly. It had been a while since my last visit (about 4 weeks) and when I went in on May 16th, I found that Ann no longer works there and I had Eric as my nail tech. My pedicure was okay, he was a little rough around my cuticles. He soaked off the old nails and applied new NexGen powder. I was not impressed but I just went with it, already having made up my mind that I would be finding a new place. I wasn't even going to leave a review but here we are a little over a week later and I have 1 broken nail, 2 cracked nails and a chip. Definitely not worth the $ I paid to have them done. I won't be going back. If you happen to give this place a try, don't use Eric. You'll just be wasting your $. I have tried to attach pics but for some reason, I can't. I would have given 1 star based on my most recent experience but I am giving them 3 because of my previous experiences.

The staff was friendly but from the moment I got here I had a bad feeling. The lady who did my pedicure was nice but cut my foot when she getting the dead skin. She put something on the cut before it started bleeding but then it stung and burned the whole rest of the time there. It still hurts about 4 hours later. I don’t get pedicures a lot but when I do I want it to be a relaxing experience and this wasn’t that. There are plenty of other places to go. Prices are average comparable to other nail shops.

Went to this place with google search, and the people who worked there were very kind and I was welcomed, even though it was my first time there. Very detailed work on their service, and It looks like the nail salon cares for a lot of cleaning. It's a feeling I've never experienced before, and i am sure i will be returning to this salon.
