I have been a few times. They have a small number of employees and will quickly drop whatever they are doing to see regular customers. That's right they will drop what they are doing including your nails and feet. The very last time I went my nails looked a mess they scrapped my feet skin off just a very unpleasant experience not to mention the nail polish was old instead of saying something they let me walk out with my nails looking like a 5 year old panted it. 😢😢😢😢

The people there are very nice, but they aren't big on individual treatment. Gentlemen was so busy doing everyone else's mails that I ended up with uneven nail that go way outside of my nail bed.

I have been going to Fancy Nail since I was 13. I love the people that work there and they do a beautiful job.
