Took my daughter here to get her nails done for the first time. Amateur job at best. The 2 nails I had repaired and the full set my daughter got fell off in less than a week. Very disappointed. Should have just waited til my regular shop was open.

Poor service at Le Nails. Very rude and they do what they want instead of what you ask of them. My manicure was done very sloppy. I tried to explain what happened on my last visit and was totally ignored. One of my nails was broken off due to them drilling my nail bed thin. She replaced it with a fake nail . Well the nail does not match my real nails. It's sloppy extra big and bulky. After I gave them one more chance and they still messed that up. I'm done with Le Nails . It's unfortunate that they actually had a worker at one time who treated me with respect and never spoke in her language to any of her colleagues while servicing me. She told me that she would return but will be gone for a month. One of the worker's said she is not returning and besides all of us is good that work here. I beg the differ and I'm guessing she was upset since I asked about her. I will also be contacting the BBB about Le Nails.

2 stars is being generous. My mani there was very sloppily done- thin see through coats in some areas and globby pools of color in other areas. I asked them to fix it before leaving and they just told me it was fine and not to worry. Complete waste of time and money.

This nail salon is pretty representative of the experience you will get at your typical asian owned/ran nail salon. The lady at the front desk told me I would only have to wait 10 minutes before someone could start on my pedicure. She had me sit in the chair so my feet could soak in the warm water. I waited a good 25 minutes before Kevin took care of my pedi. He did such a fantastic job!!! He is very personable and attentive. He took his time to clean, massage, and polish my toes so the wait was worth it. I have been to this salon before and got average service. It is unfortunate that the quality of the service varies depending on who does your nail. I will certainly stick with Kevin.

I started going to Le Nails back in 2002 when they open. They were one of the best nail salons in the area. From then to now, the quality of service has gone down the drain. My daughter and I went last week for an overlay manicure and pedicures and today it doesn't look like anything was done to our Nails or Feet. I spent over $100 for the both of us to receive service that wasn't even worth Half of that. Then while my nails were wet she asked me to pay and she asked if she could go into my purse to get the money out for me while the lady next to me, who was Caucasian, paid when her nails were dry. I really didn't appreciate it. I'm sad to say that I will not be returning until they improve in their service and stop trying to rush people out or assume that I don't have money because of who I am or how I look.
