This is a horrible place to go to. I went there at 10am and there wasn’t too much people. Jenny (owner) sat me down and had me dip my fingers in acetone to remove my gel nail polish. She told me once one of the girls were done, I was next. An hour and a half later (11:28am) she made someone else who came after me go to that girl. when I asked her why she did it, if I was next. She just said only a few more minutes. This whole experience was horrible! As the owner she should’ve been professional and organized. She didn’t show any sympathy and she told me I could leave. I wasn’t rude to her and I was actually very patient. This shows what horrible customer service she gives. My mom recommended this place and it was a horrible recommendation! Spend your money somewhere else!

Jenny prices too high. Bad nail job. Very dirty. Lots clients stop going to this nail salon. Five Finger 218St. Is great. Work. Great nails.

This place stays booked and busy. Excellent for the owner not for the impatient customer. They do great pedicures, which is mostly what I get done. Of course, that depends on who's doing it. The owner is a nice older Asian lady who does an excellent job on your eyebrows. It can get very unorganized when it's busy. The owner needs to set up a ticket machine to maintain some type of order. The Hispanic employees like talking about the customer's in there native language & playing favorites on who they want to work on next. I recently noticed there prices have increased since the pandemic.

This is the third time I get a cut from this nail salon and each time I get cut from someone else. Today I had enough the lady cut me 4 time on my right hand then 1 time on my left. She had an attitude when I was looking at my nails. Did such a horrible horrible job. what a waste of $50 !! Never going back here. Certainly do not recommend this place. Seems like today was her first day of training here !

My fav place! They do your feet so soft and resfreshing. Short wait times as well.
