The owners were very personable and ensured we were satisfied with their work. We were very pleased with the quality of the pedicures we received. We will use them again when we’re back in town.

I got a great pedi. So relaxing. ❤ Polite staff and clean environment. I only came because the shop I usually go to was insanely busy - but I was pleasantly surprised! I will be back.

Disappointed. I chose this place because they were open on Sunday and had better reviews than Ocean Nail Spa. My gel manicure appointment was scheduled for 2:00. They finished with me at 3:30. They squeezed people in right before my appointment and had me waiting for over 50 minutes before they actually started my nails. Their work doesn’t lead me to believe they’re up to date on their skills. My nails have several ripples across the tops of them, they’re all different lengths, and they forgot to paint the clear coat over one of my nails, so one is matte and the rest are glossy. Awful. I’ve never had such poor service. I wish I had never gone here. I feel ripped off. I hope they improve for the sake of their business and their customers. If you care about client satisfaction, please, ask me for my address so you can send me a refund.

The new owners are terrible. I do not recommend this nail shop. They(the owner herself) damaged my nails after I explained to them how not to damage my nails and how the previous owner did my nails they said ok you are right that way is better for your nails then proceeded to do what they wanted and damaged them; she knew it too and even said next time I will do it like you asked and do it right I quickly said there wouldn’t be a next time. Beatrice, the previous owner, was FABULOUS and cared and took care of your nails this lady has no concern for you or your nails.

If you have acrylic nails DO NOT COME HERE. I went for a manicure with a design and it was bad and LUMPY. It was so lumpy that I came back the next day to get it fixed. I don’t have a pic of the original lumpy manicure because they were so hideous. The nail tech said she’d file them down to fix the lumps but also refused to use more acrylic even though at some parts they were thin. So she fixed them and they’re ok, like not the best but not totally embarrassing. Then 24 hours later a nail breaks because it’s too thin! This is not normal! I get acrylics all the time. This was the worst part of my vacation. I would have asked for a refund but they gave me such a hard time about re-doing my lumpy manicure that I knew it wouldn’t be worth it. Waste of time and $55
