Better than the last business that was here. ;) I've only been once so far but I will be back and will update the review if needed. I got the banh mi and fresh spring rolls. It's all really good, especially their peanut sauce. My only complaint is the egg I added to the banh mi was well done, though I didn't ask for it runny so it's not really their fault. Service is fast and friendly and they checked on me a few times in the short time I was there, and kept my water glass full. I will for sure be coming back. Very clean and spacious inside. Edit 9/10/18 from 5 to 3 stars Came in for lunch today and literally every single table had a mess on it. It was about half full with customers and the other half was empty but with dirty dishes. No wait service though they expect you to sit and wait for a waiter, so you have to order at the counter instead. The guy asked me if it was for here or to go. I had to ask him to clean a table so I could eat there. Zero wait service after you get your food. The food is still good and fast but customer service is barely acceptable. I will give them another chance. Edit 9/21 back to 5 stars. My last visit must've just been an off day. Maybe half the staff called in that morning. Today they're well staffed and service is fast and responsive. Tables are clean. Food is great as usual. -------+- Edit April 2021. I've been back quite a few times due to convenience. The food is still good but the service is terrible. Wait staff is non-existent. To clarify, there is a waiter to take your order but forget about any sort of wait service after your food is out. They don't refill your drinks. You have to take your cup up to the counter to ask for a refill.

Not sure if it's because I haven't had Vietnamese food in awhile, but this place was tasty! The pho broth was slightly heavy on star anise flavors but still delicious. The sauce used for the rice and noodle dishes was perfectly balanced. My only complaint is a few items that we wanted on their menu were not available. It might be because of the pandemic, but most likely it's just because Vietnamese restaurants are just like that sometimes 🤣.

Friendly and timely service. Yet portions are a bit small. Fresh and tasty though

Very good but a little light on the meat compared to other places I've been .

The pho broth was awesome. The meat was great. The spring rolls need a little more love(small compared to my favorite pho joint and the veggies didn't look super fresh or just not enough, hard to tell, but not bad. The shrimp were good size and fresh). The peanut sauce was grainy? It wasn't smooth, and maybe I am spoiled by another place, but still enjoyable. This place def had homemade sauce, it just needed more love. The service was very good and portion size of the soup was on point. I will be back.
