Service suck, the guy didn't even remember what hand he polished twice or if he even did twice and ask the customer it's not the customers job to remember. Didn't have the polish I wanted only in gel so basically forcing me to pay 15 more because they don't have what I'm looking for. Thumbs down

Went to get a full set and toe polish when it was time to get my toe polish the guy doing my nails the owner by the way informed me that he didn't polish toes and I would have to wait for someone else to paint them. The other guys were already struggling to do a simple polish and I had already been there an hour and a half. Long story short I got my money back and left with unpolished toes I will NEVER go back

This nail shop is absolutely HORRIBLE. I came in with an idea in mind to simply have nude nails that were not chunky. I walked in and had to stand there while two nail techs went back and forth about who should do my service. Finally, one (who turned out to be the owner) said he would do my nails. It is a nail shop, you know, where you have to do NAILS. Wtf is the big debate?? I had never had my nails done by a man before and wasn't sure if he would be able to pull off the somewhat delicate/natural look I was going for. But no big deal I thought, I had a picture. Showed him the picture of the look I was going for and he acted like it would be a piece of cake for him. I asked him if he had the polish I would need him to use to achieve the look. He said yes. Great. Things QUICKLY went downhill after he applied the acrylic. He made no attempt to make them look natural, barely even filed them flesh with surface of my fingers. When I (nicely) pointed this out to him and asked him if he would go over them again he got an attitude! Up until that point we had been chit chatting and everything was fine. But God forbid, I ask him to do anything that would aid in my satisfaction as a PAYING CLIENT. THEN, I go to get the polish and the color I asked for is NO WHERE IN SIGHT. After asking him (the owner, mind you) to help me find the color he was so sure he had, he proceeded to stay sitting on his behind, offering NO assistance. That was enough for me, I could see, I was not getting even decent service. I paid, left, and that was that. He didn't offer a reduced service charge for his incomplete work or anything. Not even an apology or an explanation as to why he took on a task he clearly did NOT have the skill set to do. And frankly, that's fine. BET I don't patronize Nails90 EVER again. And I have made sure to tell everyone I know as well. I'm a hair stylist and there will never be a client that sits in my chair who asks me to recommend a nail tech that won't hear about this HORROR story. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would.
