I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is super friendly and the service you get is amazing. Zana is really good with brazilian and it is almost painless. I also got mani pedi treatment by Kim who is very gentle and careful. I will definitely come back to this place! By the way, I am looking forward to getting my first hydrafacial treatment soon. :-)

Great salon. I have been coming here for over 3 years and I always have a fantastic experience. Zana is great and does an amazing job every time I visit. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for wax or nail services.

I love coming to this salon every month! I get my facials and eyelashes done here every month and I’ve never been disappointed! I constantly get compliments on my eyelashes. Highly recommend this salon

I had a very unpleasant experience with Skin by Zana and would recommend that you NEVER buy a gift card from them unless you want your gift to be a nightmare. I was given a $50 gift card for this place in November of 2015. I tried to use it shortly after that for a 30-minute express massage (which costs $50). Upon booking my massage online, I was called and informed that they were not providing the express massage because they were TOO BUSY. Right then and there I did not feel valued as a customer at all, but I thought maybe it is a real busy time and decided to wait. Over the course of more than TWO YEARS (since it is now February 2018), I have tried to use this gift card and been unable to. I recently booked an express massage for this weekend thinking, it's been literally 2 years they must be able to accommodate express massages now, I was faced with the same BS. I successfully booked and confirmed an appointment and was called the day before the appointment and told that it was "TOO INCONVENIENT" to accommade an express massage and the masseuse would only condescend to come in for at least a 1 hour massage. So if I wanted to spend $50 MORE for an hour massage then of course they could accomodate me. When I suggested that they remove the ability to book express massages to avoid this type of confusion in the future they acted like it was a ridiculous suggestion and told me that they will be offering the service again soon so they are going to leave it up. Clearly this estabilishment is only concerned with what is convenient and hassle free from them and not the happiness of their customers. I received no "sorry" or apology whatsoever and resorted to going into the store to get a bunch of random retail products for the value of my gift card. Skin by Zana: If you want to have satisfied customers, DO NOT tell them that the services that they would like to book are too inconvenient for you and then try to upsell your services just to make it work for YOU. And DO NOT repeatedly offer bookings on your website that you cannot accomodate. That is literally ridiculous and lazy.

Just experienced my first hydrafacial and wow!!! I have always loved Zana's facials and I leave feeling fresh and radiant but this was a whole new level of radiant...I was literally glowing! My pores tend to be very visible and in the winter months I get super dry. This seemed to moisturize better than anything I've ever tried before. Looking forward to my next one!
