Lynn was my nail technician and she did a great job. Was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations for me. She also talked me through what she was doing. I've been to this salon once before this, back in December, and remembered liking it then. This will definitely become my go to salon! :)

My dad has taken me to different nail salons but he always brings me back here because he said that they do the best job. He took me to a place in Buckhead because it is close to his work and it cost over 100 dollars and they did not do as good as Nail Bliss. I love this place, very good! :)

They don’t even deserve one star! I literally sat in a massage chair for 1 1/2 hours. That really wouldn’t have been an issue if everyone was really busy.... but, there were plenty of people sitting around. I lead literally just being ignored. Once l got upset about it, I just said that I had changed my mind and I’d go somewhere else. I sat in the waiting room to wait on my friends ( who were almost finished). Not once did anyone ask me the problem or if there was anything they could do. Just literally ignored, like I didn’t exist. Literally the worst customer service I have ever had in my life..

I went to nail bliss a few weeks ago for prom preparations. Despite the fact I made an appt 2 weeks prior to my visit and wind up having a long wait (approx. 30 min after my original time set), the salon is very clean and well kept, the employees have good character, and are proficient at what they do! Ivy waxed my brows and did a pedicure for me and her work is still in tact 3 weeks later! Besides the wait, the service was well worth it and I will visit again.

I usually go to a different place and they are great. I only came here because they opened at 9am. I had something to do at 11. I was one of the first in. I said I wanted a deluxe pedicure and a fill. Usually there is one person doing my nails and another on my feet. They did that with two other ladies but not me?!?! When the lady finished my feet she asked if I needed anything else.....ummmmmm yes I asked for a fill as well. Then a man started on my nails. I asked how much gel polish was since they had taken so long and I needed to go.. .20 dollars more for gel....no I will pass. I asked for the polish just on the tip and not the whole nail and he said another 8 dollars. ?!?!?!?!?!?! So if you polish with the same color the whole nail it is free, but a 1/3 of the nail is 8 dollars more??? Oh and they charged 5 dollars for removing polish that was on my nail when i got there?!?!?! Where they do that at?!?!!?! I walked out with NO polish on my nails and my feet are NOT smooth like they usually are when I go to AMAZING NAILS. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! NEVER AGAIN!! ALMOST 60 for a half a$% job! Don't waste your money. I get gel and smooth feet from my regular salon at a much cheaper price.
