I don't like writing these bad reviews, as I understand that we are all human and have bad days - but this pair of nails warrants a review. I went in and got both a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was wonderful. The tech was very sweet and did a wonderful job, it felt like she spent extra time on the massage too! The manicure I had done was a dip set with almond shaped. Nothing about this set is good. The nails are uneven, meaning that they are not flat like they should be. Also they are not straight on my nails. They are all pointed in different directions then they would naturally be on my nails. To say the least I will going to get a new set today (only 1 1/2 weeks later ) at a different salon due to the poor quality and that I have 2 nails that have cracked now. How they cracked? I have no idea because I haven't done anything different. I think it is because of the unevenness of the nails.

Wonderful place. The hostest is the most awesome and wonderful person!! She is so nice!! Always makes sure I'm comfortable. She is a credit to the place. The technicians are all friendly and do a great job. Great experience. Right next to HEB as well.

Called to make an appointment and was taken right away. When I got there, I was taken to sit before I had a chance to pick the color of dip that I wanted. Susan was my nail lady and did an excellent job of listening to me about the color, shape, and wanting to keep my natural nails instead of tips. I will definitely be going back.

They did an a long pedicure on easter. Wax was LACKING. I had to ask her to touch up the brows she jus waxed and I kept having to point out that the back of my leg has hair and when I say leg wax I want my legs WAXED. She left patches of hair everywhere.

Susan is wonderful. I think she'll do mine again in July, can't wait. I hope she's available. So relaxing. Of course all are excellent. Oh my I'm in heaven. Thanks Susan, Jennie
