Called ahead to see if they had Dip Powder Nail Services. She said yes. Waited 10-15 (which is fine on a Saturday) to sit in the chair and she asks if I have shellac on my nails. No. This is Dip.
Now I am leaving the salon after telling her if she didn’t have dip I don’t want their services and that I specially called to ask if they did the dip. She goes on to say she can use colored acrylic to fill my nails. NO! If you do that my fill will not hold and I get dip so a drill doesn’t have to be used on my actual nail. I left with 2 nails half way removed and won’t ever be back!!

Almost two weeks after my pedi and holding on strong! Spent a week in the pool and ocean with no chipping. Great price that includes the works no extra for message!

The salon was not clean. The nail tech kept complaining how bad my cuticles are (3 times) and that I should get fake nails because mine are too short. Worst manicure I've ever had.
**update: It's 3 days later and I now have an infection in the cuticle around one of my fingers. All red and swollen.

I wish I could give a zero. The woman was very short with me. Was very aggressive with my hand. The polish wasn’t even covering the entire nail. I mentioned that to her and she proceeded to tell me it wasnt my nail and it clearly was. She just didn’t want to go over it again. She was obviously in a hurry and didn’t care about getting my business back. Because I definitely won’t be going back. And i will steer all people who want to go there, away!
Don’t go to this place.

My friend has been going here for years and always had really cute nails. Finally I gave them a try, she told me ask for Kim. I have gone 6 times now and I love her work and prices. I wish I could post a pic cuz in my opinion it's a much better picture than the one listed. When it comes to nails I definitely ask for the girls not the guy no offense cuz everyone's gotta start somewhere. Get an appt if u have to, they are busy bees who do good work, worth the wait if there is one, and are very nice if you're nice to them!! Some of these reviews sound ridiculously inaccurate because I'm always very pleased when I walk out the door. I've been to another salon in wadsworth for about a year and the more I went there the more I didn't want to spend my hard earned money there. I'm so glad I found a new nail place that's respectful and thankful for my business, and worth it, too. I'll be back soon!
