I requested a rainbow cake, I sent a picture on the right which is a slice of cake rainbow colors. I was told this was possible, as you see it was not in the middle of those 3 colors there was cardboard. Not to mention the horrible job she did outside the cake. It was supposed to be gold with cute swirls. I guess cute got lost in translation, this looks like a kid did it. Before all this I asked to come in for a tasting and she told me she bakes Thursdays and Fridays so those are my options I said ok is Thursday at 1pm ok? she agree when I got there her husband was really nice she came out with an attitude saying why didn't we tell her we were coming I reminded her about our appointment. She then brought a piece of white cake and that was our tasting!?! Which to me tasted nasty but my spouse liked. Needless to say picking it up and seeing this horrible blob was traumatic, but I was stressing because it was the wedding day so I figured the inside would make up for it. When we cut it, I wanted to cry, $300 on a piece of ... !! That picture was all it was cut and the rest went to garbage. I do not recommend this place nor will I ever spend a penny there.

Rude costumer service I called and asked if they could bake a cake for my daughter first birthday party and she replied back with "you have to call 7 to 10 days in advance, WE DON'T JUST HAVE CAKES SITTING AROUND TO BE DECORATED" Duh I know that didnt have to be rude about it a simple no or yes would have suffice.

MerrieLee, her husband (forgive me for forgetting his name) and her staff has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help me. They are all so caring and genuinely nice. Her products are not only the best the prices are great. Last but not least THE BUTTERCREAM IS OUTSTANDING!!!!!

Visited today for the first time. Great customer service and they had everything I needed. Will continue to come here for my baking needs.
