Portions have shrunk but prices have increased substantially. Went with friends and got an “Extra Large” blue zone but it came it smaller than expected. My friend ordered a small to go (since he was still hungry) and it came out (after about 20 min) and was almost the same size as the extra large. Changes were not improvements. Small =$12. Extra Large = $21

Just ordered a pizza from Helen's, their "Bianco". When I said it, the people at the cashier stared at me like they had no idea what I was talking about, concerning considering that these people turned around and made the pizza. When I brought it home, what sounded like a really nice white pizza with some garlic just turned out to be thick sliced tomatoes, basil, and feta cheese (and ONLY those ingredients) on a crust that was just raw dough in some places. Would not go here again.

The food is good, but their online ordering function doesn’t work. So I just go in and grab it when needed. Takeout is abit tough. But the Roast beef is Great! The steak dinner with Rice and Fries is highly recommended.

Helen’s has the best roast beef sandwich. The steak tips and rice pilaf though... out of this world!!!

I am honestly so disappointed. I was such a big fan of Helen’s before they closed back in 2017 and was sooo excited when I saw they opened again. Sadly, a lot of things have changed and the quality has definitely suffered. We ordered mozzarella sticks and a large chicken parm calzone. We didn’t get any marinara sauce and the mozzarella sticks were ice cold and almost stale. The cheese wasn’t even a little bit melted. The calzone was the true disappointment, though. Helen’s used to have my absolute favorite calzones, but the new version has burnt dough, overwhelming amounts of cold cheese, and barely any sauce (the recipe of the sauce was also changed) or chicken. I hope they go back to the quality they had before, but as of now I will not be ordering from Helen’s again and I suggest you do the same.
