I've been coming here for over 2 years and I love this place. I leave content every time I get my nails done. I usually get my nails done by Don but every one is just as good. Great service and lasting nails!!

The people in this place are very unprofessional. They take their time doing your pedicure because they're having non work related conversations or on their phone. Though the salon itself is pretty and the actually services are okay, the staff has no customer service skills or any sense of professionalism. The woman doing my pedicure didn't even say hello to me, she was talking the entire time to another worker and customer. She only addressed me once after she made her phone call to ask if I was also getting a manicure.

Although the location is nice the service is very unpleasant. The girl at the front desk was throwing F bombs in front of myself and other clients. She told me they would take care of me fast, but I waited for 50 minutes with my feet soaking in water and yet still no service. After asking more than once regarding my service, I was only given attitude which caused me to get up and leave. Come to find out I was not the only person in a similar situation. The client next me was scheduled for an appointment at 5pm and didn't get serviced for 45 minutes. She too was very unhappy. Nonetheless, I do not recommend this location for lack of professionalism, punctuality, and customer care.

Had my eyebrows waxed by Kim Monday before Thanksgiving. She burned them to the point that I have scars and scabs both in forehead and eyelids.
Is now Sunday almost a week later.
Hoping they go away or I’ll be marked for life.

I had made an appointment for 2:00 and let's just say that was pointless. They had me sitting with my feet in cold water for 45 minutes and I had to ask 4 times when someone would be helping me. The little girl cleaning the chairs also sprayed me several times with whatever she was cleaning. Finally, after 45 minutes of waiting with my feet in ice cold water someone finally gets to me. The guy doing my pedicure did not even ask me if I wanted to file or cut my nails, did not sanitize his instruments, and did not take any dead skin from the bottom of my feet. And to make matters worse, the receptionist came up to him and rudely asked how long he was going to take because there were people waiting. 45 minute wait for a 15 minute crappy pedicure. NEVER going back.
