My bestie frequents this mail salon and suggested I give them a try. I made an appointment today and was serviced today. They did a great job on my nails and my pedicure. I even participated in the eyebrow waxing. Great job all the way around.

I spoke too soon when I gave a good review before. Though I like how the nails look, every time I have been here a nail has broken or completely popped off within a week. This is the 3rd time this has happened. They will fix the broken nail for free but when I wanted to get the rest filled to make sure they don't come off as well they tried to charge me $5 more than the normal fill in price. They said because they have to do thicker acrylic....but if my nails are breaking every time I come in here they obviously aren't using the right thickness to begin with and i should not be charged extra for their mistake. I have never had a nail break at any other salon. Also, while waiting, another woman came in saying her nail broke.
Will not be back again.

My nails and eyebrows are always just as I like them . Very clean , staff always friendly

They always do a wonderful job with my wife's manicure & pedicure she has spectacular looking nails when they are done

Ruby nails is very friendly and clean. Probably the cleanest salon I have been to in Rome, and I have tried many. They are quick but a little quicker than needed. I appreciate being able to come in and get seen quickly; however, my gel nails always seem to be a little inconsistent. I find the sides of my nails won't always have polish and the shape is not always straight. But all in all, I continue to go back because these imperfections are not enough to have me go somewhere else.
