Got my hair trimmed here twice and they did an awesome job. Had to go there when another place messes up my hair and they were able to fix it. Yes they are a bit pricier but it's worth the money with the experience they have. Haven't gotten my hair dyed yet tho.

I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I specifically said not to cut all my hair off and she did it anyway. I hate short hair and now I have a frigging Bob. They should have to glue all my hair back on. Beauticians should have to pass a test in listening. I don't even want to go in public.

You are better off with $5 walmart boxes. Christmas present to get my hair done. I asked for burgundy... my hair was a decent blonde color so it should have been able to be done. There were two girls there so I had to wait a little bit, by the time I got in there was only the one girl left working alone and she said she was a colorist and had done burgundy multiple times and my hair should take it great. Awesome! I came out with BRIGHT PURPLE hair..... NOT so great!! It looked okay but was definitely NOT what I wanted. She said it looked fine and rang me up. I paid $120 to get purple hair I didn't ask for. This is why I don't trust many places to touch my hair. Don't get me wrong it did look okay on me but it wasn't what I asked for but she took pictures and said she was going to let me know what her manager said about why it came out like that and what I can do to fix it and 2 weeks later I haven't heard from her, also ALOT of the dye is washed out and my hair looks HORRIBLE!!

Not a great experience with Chelsea. I have been here 3 times with her. Every time she always seems to be too busy to even talk to me and is always talking to other people and trying to manage the salon at the same time. The first time she cut my hair perfectly (I get the same thing every time!). The last two times she seems to get confused by my hair and frustrated. The last time I called to make an appointment, the receptionist said that I could get in at 1:30. I showed up and they said that I would have to wait an hour because they overbooked. I was fine with this and just walked around the mall for an hour and came back. I then had to wait another half hour before I could be seen. Chelsea acted like it was such an inconvenience that she had to stay late to cut my hair. I didn't even "demand to be seen" that day, just simply called to see if I could get in. By the time she was done I was already fairly upset and just wanted to get out of there. Then I found out she raised her price by $10 since I last saw her! I will not be going back. I need someone who has time for me, that is what I pay for after all!
