REVIEWS

Absolutely Terrible. I did my research and saw quite a few bad reviews for this place, and thought I would just give it a chance. I was so wrong I wasted $38 on a new set. The lady I got was very aggressive. She hurt me with a dremel more than twice, I made it clear to her and she kept doing it. Once I went to go wash my hands I noticed my nails were REALLY crooked. I waited for her to fix it before she put polish on. She was going right for the polish so I let her know they were off. She ignored me. I also asked her to do a simple kind of tip on one finger with two small rhinestones. I showed her a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted, I literally tried to explain it with a picture in front of me for 5 minutes, i explained I wanted JUST the tip and she kept trying to push me into doing the whole nail on my whole set. She finally told me she can't do the tip I wanted and that she doesn't have rhinestones, so she can put a black and white dot instead. I politely declined, and she proceeded to offer me a silver line design under the arch of my tip. Again, I politely declined. She kept pushing it to a point where she literally pulled out the silver polish and tried to open it and put it on me. I pulled away, and told her that is not what I wanted. She kept asking me "why not?, it so pretty". I explained again that is NOT what i wanted. In the middle of getting my horrific manicure I notice another person working there that just finished a pedicure. She ran some hot water in the sink and rinsed the pumice stone and used a manicure scrubber to "sanitize" it, and put it back. Another lady walked in for a pedicure and she used the SAME one on her. I didn't notice her use any sugar scrub on her, but she DID put hand soap on the pumice stone to use on her feet. I went to pay, and she almost didn't give me my change. I had to stand there and stare at her for it back. She said she'll see me next time and that I can come In for a pedicure. The second I left I went to Sally's for a nail file, and went to town. I hate how they turned out. Worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done, EVER. All in all it's very unsanitary, pushy, rude, and unprofessional.

I was in Brigham city visiting family. I keep my nails up where I originally live every 2 weeks. I had no idea a place this unsanitary could even exist. I was needing just a nail color change but I wanted to treat my daughter to a mani pedi. First off, believe all these reviews! Where I live the health department would have already shut this place down! We did not know where to go as the few nail places in Logan were booked. Since it was just a color change and a mani pedi I thought this place which is inside walmart could at least handle that. We were treated so rudely because we were not getting gel. In fact the lady assigned to do my nail change kept yelling at me to get gel. I can't use gel but she just kept treating me bad like I was going to change my mind. When I finally yelled back I can't use gel she proceeded to gripe that she had to take off my glitter polish. Then she made my daughter open up the polish color I picked. She then decided to use the drill to get my nail polish off which ruined my nails. I was in shock and didn't know how to deal with the situation. I wish I would have just gotten up and left. Then my daughter said they didn't even sanitize the basin between people before they filled it water for the next person. The guy she had was nice but very rough and cut her a couple of times. Unlike the lady I had who was literally a witch. Many customers kept talking with me and consoling me. Don't even think that was all! She did not want to do 2 coats of nail polish yet the color I picked I thought they'd get another bottle out like my nail place here does when its almost gone, but no, she put some toner in it and it went on all discolored. I asked for 2 coats to see if that would help and the lady ignored me and just put on the top coat. Oh and when I went to wash my hands there was food in the sink. The onion smell was horrific. There were so many health violations I was astonished! Anyway, needless to say I did not tip but they charged me 62.00! How can a polish change and 1 mani and 1 pedi cost that much? Wow! In Utah!?? I had to paint over them myself with a glitter top coat so that the horrible polish job would not show. I will never ever go back nor will I ever refer anyone to this place. I'd call the health department on them if I lived there.

So mad I spent so much here and ended up going home just to take it all off. They didn’t even get the color I wanted right even tho I said something they kept saying that it was right. It’s a COMPLETELY different color. They were so rude and so pushy I was so upset. I waisted almost $100 here and it has just sent me over the edge. I’m not the person to complain but I just am so disappointed in the service. At one point in my visit I heard one of the employees pester a little girl for add ons for nails even though her mom had very strictly told the lady exactly what she wanted moments before (JUST A $25 BASIC). That is SO SNEAKY!!!!!!!
