Never been here before. I just wanted to take my shellac off and shape my nails. The woman took me right away which was nice. I will not be back though. Working so fast she made me bleed and I thought my toes would look better than this. I still have color in the corners.

There did not appear to be anyone waiting when I arrived and I regret not asking a wait time. But after waiting 25 mins, then waiting another 20 mins sitting at a pedicure chair waiting to be serviced, I got the quickest, most half a$$ed pedicure I’ve ever had. I’d been better off to pay my daughter to give me a pedicure. She could definitely do a better job. They instantly try to up sale your pedicure to the more expensive ones, then when you tell them you want the basic, they barely do anything. I will not waste my time or money going back here. I feel bad for all the people who review that this place is great. It makes me wonder what sad nail salon experiences they’re used to. Save your money and time! #notimpressed

I went to get fill in and my mothers nails done for her birthday I get there to get rushed to pick my color and sit down.Then as I'm getting my nails done they keep trying to persuade me to do gel nails and I never do gel nails. Well she perseids to my nails and she barely put any acrylic on my nails to the point I leave and the next day one is already broken because of how thin it was i usually never go there and never will go back I called the next day to tell won what happen and he tells me that basically he cant help me they dont fill the whole nail so I paid 20 dollars so get some janky nails that isn't filled all the way and already have broken nails so now I have to go and pay some more money to get my nails filled the right way thanks nail zone you suck!! Always have!

I have been going there for about 3 years. It has been under several different management groups but the people there now are very nice and do a great job! I use them regularly.

The best nail place in White House. Tiffany is the best for acrylics and Tom is the best for pedicures. I always call ahead to ensure that I get them. Everyone there is always super nice! 😁
