Maggie got me in last minute and did an amazing job! Did not rush and did exactly what I wanted for New Years! Beautiful and amazing customer service!

I will never go to this establishment again. I thought I would give them a try because my grandmother used to swear they were good technicians. Maggie and Tran are both great technicians but whoever the “new” chick is has no idea what she is doing. Like at all.. the only reason my nail where chipped was because she didn’t properly take care of them she just ripped them off. And overall they were rude to me because I was not getting anything extra. I don’t have a problem tipping people when I feel like I am being taking care of but even for 10 dollars I should have gotten treated better than some crackhead off the street looking for a handout. Please if you are not white they will not treat you with respect, they’ll talk about you with each while you’re in the room. Which is super unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money on this place. They are truly not worth a cent, dime, quarter or nickel.. nothing.

Van did my mani pedi and it was great!! The man in the beginning was rude to me. Do not know why cause i have never seen him before and do not live in Anchorage. I am visiting my sister and we went together. His tone was rude and demeaning. I would suspect it due to me not 100 caucation. I would say not to have him as your tech unless you are truly caucasian.

Pedicures are excellent and friendly environment. Seemed a little pricey, but I'm from out of state, so it may be pretty standard. Definitely recommend!

Always receive the best customer service when I'm there and they take their time with my nails.
