I was given a gift card to this place and I went tonight to get a pedicure. I waked in at 7:14 and they told me they couldn’t get me in because they close at 8:00. What?!? That’s plenty of time for a pedicure. My usual place will not turn me down even if I walk in 10 minutes before they close. Not cool.

I went here for the first time and will not be going back. The design I picked out from their choices looked NOTHING like the example. I went home and looked down, the design had faded and ran all over the nail. I went back and asked them to paint my nail a plain color. So I paid extra for a design I didn't get. And a few hours later I put on closed toed shoes and one nail's polish smeared down. I was going to go back and request them repaint it again but figured it wasn't worth it.

My best friend and I walked in for a pedicure and full set. They got us right in which was awesome. I was not pleased when they clearly saw that we were together and completely separated us. Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of the awful lady that I got but she was very rude. If my hand wasn't "relaxed" enough so she would jerk my whole hand/wrist very aggressively. She would arrange my fingers how she would like which is totally fine but she would get very irritated if it didn't work how she wanted it to. Meanwhile she chimes in asking what color I would like knowing that they haven't even offered me the color swatches to look at. I proceed to ask for the colors and they get slammed down in front of me. So I try to start picking out my colors with only one hand. Apparently I was bugging her by trying to find a color on the side SHE PUT IT ON. This lady takes the swatches away from me and puts it on the side where SHE turned on her fan. I go back to start looking at the colors and accidentally hit her fan with one of them since I only had one hand available to me. This was embarrassing enough but apparently she did not think so. She made an extremely loud gasping sound that got the ENTIRE salon's attention and then proceeds to forcefully remove the swatches out of my hand and slam them down on the counter and continues to tell me that I can look at them later. I felt like a 5 year old being scolded by her mother in public. As if this whole scenario isn't bad enough, she doesn't even finish my nails before my pedicure and makes me have to lean awkwardly to one side in the pedicure chair so she can finish them. I will NEVER go back to this ridiculously unprofessional salon. The other girls seemed great and the man that did my toes was so sweet! He in fact was the ONLY reason I left any sort of tip. I would NEVER recommend this god awful place to even my worst enemy. Save your money and find a much better salon!

I was visiting from out of town and went for "sister day". I used to get acrylic nails all the time, but haven't in years. One of my sisters gets gel nails, so I decided to try them to see if they work better for me-acrylics tend to pop off for some reason . My sister introduced me to her manicurist, and told her I wanted gels. She was pleasant enough, but her English was so poor, that I wasnt sure if she was talking to me or conversing with co-workers half of the time. As I've never had gels done, I wasnt sure what the process was going to be. About 3 nails in, I realized that she was definitely doing acrylics. Whatever. Language barrier, and it wasn't worth arguing over. I asked for short nails, but they were really short. I asked for square round, and I think she sharpened The corners. The nails were super thick, were obviously fake, and just plain tacky. "Vivian" was obviously rushing to get to her next appointment. My sister really likes this place, so I didn't fuss, but overall, a terrible experience. BTW, it's been less than a week and the nails are off.
