This nail place is terrible... the manager did my nails .. He had my nails bleeding . Customer service is terrible as well . They dont do mall discounts like they said . Tony can not do nails. There over priced for a bad job

Wish I could give them less than a star. I came to get a pedicure plus callus removal. The pedicure was done in 15 minutes and my feet aren't smooth as they should be, or at all. DON'T waste your money!!!

This is one of the worst nail shops I have EVER been to.
my experience at the nail salon was so so nothing to complain about besides the price . I was told my gel full set would cost $35 but when they rang me up the total was 55 not including tip. Two days later a nail fell off, followed by two more the day after. I called nail trix to see if they would fix them free of charge and i was told "NO". Then i asked for a discount and was told the same, "NO."
So I recommend that you don't come here! There are better places with better customer service, better prices, better manicurists, better everything!

To start they do not speak very much English what they do speak is very hard to understand. My friend was told $15 and charged $30 for something she did not want. I was given the total of $25 later told it would be $40 I told them I was getting it for $25. My nails along with my friends do not look very well. This is the worst experience I have ever had with anything like this. I wish I could give them a zero star rate but seeing I cannot I hope no one else goes here Bc no one should have to go through this. They kept changing the price and I am very annoyed along with the rest of us. Please shut them down if they aren't going to do it right.

The tech removed my acrylics without soaking them, instead jammed an acrylic nail in between it and my real nail to get it off. She also nicked me with it more than once, and the acrylics she applied were way too thick (the same tech applied and removed them). My nails were so thin and brittle after I had to keep them short until they fully grew out because they'd bend and break on just about anything (couldn't even pick up a pen without them bending on me). Afterwards when I was getting rung up i asked a different tech (the one who was ringing me) at which point should I include the tip (I wanted to do it all at once on my card since I rarely carry cash) and she rudely told me I should have told her earlier, that it was too late now and that I'd have to go and find an ATM. Left and didn't come back. First time in years I haven't left any sort of tip.
Also beware- the other nail place in the mall is also owned by them.
