The staff was so nice and they did a good job but after being told the wait was about 30 minutes I waited over an hour and a half before being seen. Definitely put your name in and go shop 😅

Very expensive and sloppy work. Will never come here again... I would even mind the higher price due to being in the mall if they were actually good.

Terrible experience. My wife attempted to get a pedicure here. She sat down in the chair, and they began to run the warm water. They do NOT use sanitation liners for the foot bath. The chairs were dusty with stains and hair on them. They had buckets of dremels with nail dust and debris ALL over them. She could not go through with the pedicure, so she got up. She was then told she would be charged $8 for “water and electricity” even though no one actually attended to her while she sat there for less than 3 minutes gagging. The staff lacks any kind of customer service etiquette.
