rushed and then charged me $75, then I told her it was smudged and she just kept going and didn’t fix it…. Kinda disappointed

This was my second visit. I was very unpleased with my manicure so I would not recommend them for that but my normal spot was packed and I needed a quick pedicure so I gave them another try. The first thing that turned me off was how UNCLEAN the shop was as well as the materials they used. If I was not in a desperate situation I would have left. There also seems to have been a huge flood or pipe issue of some sort and there was no disclaimer, sign, or attempt to somewhat cover up the eye sore that it was. I feel like they should close until it’s safe and healthy to be in there. Imagine getting a pedicure and staring at rust and open ceilings the entire time wondering if you should be breathing the air in the place. What I will say is that the foot massage was AMAZING and they got me in at the last minute for which I was grateful and lead to me giving two stars instead of one. However, I was very turned off by everything that was for sale. It was more of a store with a few pedicure and and manicure stations and not a salon that sold a few items. As someone who is easily over stimulated and likes to relax when I have my spa days I was SO overwhelmed by everything in there. I see where the attempt was with the unique design in the place but it’s a no for me. I would much rather them that effort into cleaning. There is no way they are legally up to code.

The greatest nail salon & spa.. Very relaxing and professional. Sisters Iris and Sara are both very talented and creative. All of the services are amazing. The pedi comes w an awesome leg and foot massage. They do fabulous designs and their prices are very reasonable. They do waxing and facials etc.. As you can see they also have beautiful bags, jewelry, accessories & masks for sale.. Tell them Lisa from Ariel's Angels sent you & Enjoy being pampered

service great loved my pedicure I just feel technician was not friendly at all
I usually get serviced by owner or sister bc I've been going since salon opened over 15 yrs ago. New tech isn't pleasant at all
