I have been coming to this place for awhile and never had a problem until recently, the lady who was doing my nails was very rude and unprofessional. She tried to charge me for gel nails when she did regular polish, I know because she did not follow the process of gel nails that I have been getting for years, my nails were completely chipped next day.. she was very ungentle and made me bleed twice while getting my nails done. She kept buffing my skin instead of my nails and made getting my nails done a painful and dreadful experience I used to love coming there.

This was a very terrible experience. This was my daughters first time getting her nails done. For us it was a big deal. We came in and requested our service and the nail tech greeted us. He tried to upsale on everything which is very understandable its a business. All of a sudden the tech that started her nails passed us off because a customer walks in requesting more services than we did. Just passed us off to another person. No explanation, no apologies. I felt very unappreciated as a customer. If my other daughter hadn't already started her pedicure I would have walked out. Partially done and all.

Ken is the best!!! Love the fast and friendly service! Eyebrows are quick and profesional, I was in and out in 10mins. Would recommend to everyone! Lifetime customer 💛

The place was nice and the customer service was okay. But the smell of chemicals was so strong my nose was burning. I dont understand how parents can bring their children to nail salons. Especially nail salons like this one.

Yesterday I went for the first time as a walk-in. Michelle did my NexGen full set as well as my Spa Pedicure with gel polish and I am extremely satisfied. I absolutely love the way my nails look and I have been complemented on how beautiful they are as well. I will certainly be returning, Michelle has a new customer.
