I have bought a dress from them that I wore only got the chance to wear once. As soon as I put it on, the dye on the application on the dress began to chip. I went to the store, and they told me that they aren't the one that made the dress and that they can't do anything about it. They suggested that I call the suppliers, and when I asked them to do it, they told me that they won't bother with it. To attempt to get rid of me, they told me to look at the label for the cleaning instructions, to attempt to blame me for the condition of the dress, however it was missing from the start, and I had to get the instructions from a different dress to prove them wrong. The customer service was lacking in quality and professionalism, and even though the dress cost over 300$, they did not want to talk about refunds, and wouldn't even offer me any store credit as compensation. The boutique's customer service, and their items are low in quality and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Ended up with a very unprofessional haircut. Unfortunately, I noticed it at home when I did a ponytail and I had to go to a different salon.
