I'm not sure when people are saying this is a fraud company. I am a nail tech and have ordered and received products from this company many times. It may be true that they aren't great at getting back to you, I haven't had to do much communicating. The only thing I stay aware of with this company (when buying from Canada) is the weight for your purchase. If over 12lbs you don't get free shipping, which they state. Also need to be careful about duty fees or extras charges from FedEx. The prices are the best I've seen so usually I find it worth the risk.

I have shopped with this company since 2011...they haven't failed me 1 time...I always get my items in a timely manner...love premier

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! they will never answer the phone nor respond to emails. I highly recommend if you have placed an order that you call your bank IMMEDIATELY and get a charge back. This company is a SCAM!
