Terrible manners from the staff and very unprofessional. Asked to speak to the owner and they refused. They aren't confident nail techs. Haley shouldn't be working there because she ran off a new customer today. She appeared sick and tired. Told me she's wasn't sure she could accomplish a simple task. Employees that operate that way should be fired. She KNEW i was a 1st time customer too! Not cool you guys.. not cool AT ALL. I wanted to support an american owned business and you DROVE ME TO GO ELSEWHERE.. absolutely a disgrace. I was shocked nonetheless. I went to world nail in the mall. And guess what? They did what i asked with EASE. When you have a job. Learn it and 3 do it well.

First time here and I couldn’t be happier! The owner, Bryan, did a new full set with a gorgeous chrome finish. He was super knowledgeable and was easy to talk to. Everyone else was friendly as well. Unfortunately, I am only visiting the area or I would make this my go to salon.

The man who did my nails was really nice. Everytime he hot skin while fileing my nails he apologized.

Staff is highly unprofessional. This includes their work itself, conversations, and employee actions. By the time your nails are finished, you have already had at least 3 people working on them. Not at all organized and very chaotic.
