The price is above average vs a normal barbershop etc, but the service and ability of the hairdressers seem to make up for that. Have been coming here for a while now and been satisfied with the service. They accept credit cards but tips in cash only.

So far the most amazing experience I had in New York. Sayuri did an awesome job for my haircut and highlight. I received millions of compliments.

I searched the web to find a salon which gives permanent waves. After much due diligence, I settled on Salon Wave and the stylist named Shino. Shino was so thorough throughout the process - even asking me to come in for a consultation before my actual appointment so she could assess my hair. The salon itself is lovely, modern, clean, and very friendly. Shino talked me through every step of the 2 1/2 hour process and explained everything I'd need to know going forward. I simply could not be happier and will definitely return for a future cut and color.
