I really wanted to come give a great review. Unless you're a "regular" customer, don't expect much more than a rush job. I went for a fill in and gel polish. You can literally see through the polish at the tips of the nail. There were two ladies ahead of me so I was waiting far longer than my actual service. They sat me in a wobbly chair, and I waited almost 40 minutes just to "pick a color" from the swatches. The other patrons had been offered beverages while completely overlooking me. The whole process took around 2 hours, with my actual service being around 30 minutes. There's too many other nail salons in Mobile to be treated poorly. Unless, of course, you're a regular. Do these people understand that being rude is not the way to get people to come back? Only good thing I can say is my nails are not too thick like some places do. That's the 1 star.

My sister in law recommended this place to me. Service was a bit slow because only two people work there but they did a decent job. I went back two weeks later with my nephew and there were three people ahead of us. One person cashing out and the other two were receiving pedicures. After 30 minutes past they ran the water and told us to go soak. The water was cold and they didn’t put the the beads in. Another lady walked in to get her nails done but we were clearly there before her. So they went to my nephew and starting working on his feet. 30 minutes have past and he is almost done when the guy that works there totally by passed me to work on the lady who got there after us nails. Furious, I immediately took my feet out and stated she was after us and my family was gonna have to wait another 30+ minutes while this lady just walked in a received her service. This place is terrible, they are unprofessional, slow and they don’t care about there customers. Don’t waste your time or your money!

Terrible service. Waited 2 hours for them to fix 1 broken acrylic nail. They only have 2 workers. I will never go back.
