I took my daughter about a month ago after i got off of work.I never take her to get her nails painted but it was a rainy day so mommy daughter date.I arrived and asked for a manicure for me and just color for her.They told me 20 minutes.They Started working on people walking in after me to tell me a hour after waiting they cant paint her nails.What about mines.My daughter was highly upset.I will never come back tip toe nails in Draft took us immediately.They where amazing and my daughter enjoyed them.

DO NOT GO - WORST NAIL SHOP EVER
Terrible customer service. Haven’t even had my nails on for a week (2 Days) and they are all popping off tried to call back and see if they would fix them and they told me no because it was my fault, but this has never happened before at any other nail salon but this one and I work a desk job so how are my nails popping off from a desk job they said it could be from what I do for my job. Now I see if I’ve had my nails on for two weeks plus yeah they would be popping off but not after 2 days and then I got hung up on Because he was trying to blame me for the fact that his s nail services are terrible and I wasn’t letting that slide.
Update: it’s been five days and every single nail has popped off EXCEPT for the two nails I spoke on previously, went to my normal nail shop to get them fixed and haven’t had a problem! Once again terrible service and product.

Always great experience here , big thanks for Tony ,Mary and Kevin he was new but he did an excellent job on everything. Always nice to visit the ppl at the Q Nails . See you guys soon keep up the great work .
