Kenny and Lena have done my acrylics here and they are amazing! Very natural and not chunky, and they always get the shape just right. Thought I would just get a nice manicure for an event but I keep coming back. Make an appointment because the shop does get busy, especially on weekends. Owner is very quick to reply to messages through Google.

They can have all my Money💸 Tracy is amazing!!!great customer service!! Everyone is polite and accommodating! Yes they are busy ,so there might be a wait....because they do a good job!!

TODAY, Tracy lost a faithful customer of 3yrs! First she was rushing the job. Rushing so much to the point that she cut me while she was drilling my nails down, when I told her she cut me, she replied “girl no pain no gain” EXCUSE ME MA’AM YOU CUT ME WITH YOUR DRILL!? Not once did she apologize she just continued my nails & lightly went around the cut... Then she charged me $35 for my nails, I told her i’ll Give her $30 since she cut me she said OKAY OKAY I paid her walked out w/ my baby. Meanwhile my sister was getting nails done by someone else & when she was paying the tech who did her nails, Tracy walked up to her & said “your sister was short $2 she said you were going to pay it” my sister paid it and walked out as well.... TRACY YOU CHARGED ME $35 initially and I agreed to pay 30 BC YOU CUT ME!!!! You agreed and let that be, IF U CHARGED ME 35 HOW WAS I SHORT $2 !!! You LOST A LOYAL FAITHFUL CUSTOMER Looking for a new nail tech period 🤷🏻‍♀️✌🏼

I walked in as a last minute customer, where I was an hour before was too long of a wait. I walked in asking simply for a color change. The woman tells me to wait a minute she was taking money from another customer and never responded to. I was disregarded and told no, no one was able to help me. I simply just left. No loss no gain! Terrible customer service, they do not acknowledge you when you walk in.

Why do you not answer the phone? As I hung the line up, I walked inside the place of business and there was not one customer inside. I proceeded to get an overlay on natural mail with gel finish on top. Interesting price I may add. As I was there, the phone rang once again, not one worker answered. May I add, there were now two customers inside. Hmmmm; every establishment is different. So be it.
