The customer service here is always friendly knowledgeable and pleasant. They always have great sales and promotions too. I love perusing the shelves for new products of all kinds. The staff at the Wilkes-Barre Twp. location gave all been there long term which I like because they are all so nice and helpful.

Years ago when i shopped here i was followed around like a hawk more than likely it was racial profiling they thought i was going to steal. However, for the last year or so I've continued to shop and it has been pleasant with the other girls but i would say kristen is amazing; she's so helpful and actually knows what she's talking about .happy to be a sally member thanks to her ..

The staff here are total jerks. Accuse you of being impolite when you asked to be checked out when they are chitchating. Couldn't even point me in the direction of the hair product I needed, and lastly, wouldn't even check to see when they were getting they stock in on a product. Terrible service.

nice products but the lady completely ruined my hair she gave me a bleach when i didn't ask for one now my hair is completely done
